What are the prerequisites for applying to your program?
To enroll in our program, you need a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 17 years old. As our course materials are currently available in English, we highly encourage applicants to have a fluent understanding of the language and confidently speak, read, and write in English.
What does my tuition include?
What does my tuition include?
Your $2500 tuition fee is all-inclusive. When you enroll, you'll gain access to our convenient online student portal, where you can easily manage your coursework and connect with faculty. You will always have access to this portal, even after graduation. Plus, we'll provide all the necessary materials, supplies, and equipment while you are in attendance for the hands-on segments of the program. Tuition includes three critical elements to perform within the State of California as an unlicensed Dental Assistant: Dental Practice Act (2-hour), Infection Control Certification (8-hour), and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. If desired, you can also complete an optional 2-week course in Radiation Safety at an additional cost (see courses section).

Our application process is easy! First, we want to ensure that you have all your questions answered! When you hit the "apply now" button, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, and email address. One of our team members will reach back out, answer any remaining questions you may have, and provide a link for you to place a $100 deposit to hold your spot in the next cohort. You will then gain access to our online portal where you can read through our student handbook, view the curriculum module design, get acquainted with some Orientation materials, and make payments towards your tuition (we offer an affordable payment option-see below).

Ask any dental assistant who is currently working in the field, and they will tell you that the real-world application of your dental training is absolutely necessary. As part of our program, you'll have the chance to intern at one of our amazing Aviara practices or complete clinical training segments at your current workplace. This valuable experience allows you to put your knowledge and skills into practice, enhancing your learning process.
